~Deposit and delivery information~

Each cabin is precut for delivery. This process takes the Amish approximately 3-4 weeks to complete. Your order begins with a 25% deposit to begin the milling of your logs. Cancellation Policy: Your order has been custom designed per your specifications. Therefore, if for any reason you should need to cancel your order, 25% of your total is non-refundable. Thank you for understanding. An invoice will be provided to you via internet or fax. Deposits can be made by check, credit card or wire transfer.

When your cabin kit is packed and completed, we will call you to make arrangements for delivery or pickup. The balance of your purchase price is due when your kit is ready for shipping. Once your final payment is received by wire transfer, cleared check, or credit card, your cabin kit will be shipped out within 72 hours. Labor crews available for owner/builder. PLEASE NOTE: Off-loading your cabin kit is the responsibility of the buyer. Zoning and permits are the responsibility of the buyer as well. Also, we will deliver to the nearest hard-surface road. After that, it's up to the discretion of the driver.
